ABOUT

PENNROCK DEVELOPERS was established in 2009. It was founded by Ross Pennells, who has extensive construction experience, specializied in Reconstruction and Development Programs through National projects. He served as a Project Manager for several RDP Projects throughout South Africa. His most recent being 500 houses in Kimberley, Northern Cape.

He ventured to the private sector with the intention to develope new businesses in the construction industry. A key factor for skill development is growth.
